THE CHRISTIAN VALUE PROFILE
AND
THE RELIGIOUS VALUE PROFILE

Welcome!
      Have you ever wondered where you are in your own spiritual development? Do you really understand and appreciate your own religious values? Are you strong or weak in faith, knowledge, obedience, service, and love to God and others? Have you been searching for a way to measure and further develop your spiritual values?
     The Christian Value Profile (CVP) and the Religious Value Profile (RVP) are based on axiology, the science of values, and are designed to function like “thermometers of the soul” to help measure our spiritual potentials and development. These profiles are extremely helpful to anyone who wants to know where they are now, and what direction they can take beginning today for greater moral and spiritual growth and improvement. The profiles offered here are designed to help you grow religiously and ethically, beginning where you are right now.
     There is no charge for taking the profiles and getting them automatically scored on this website. We invite all Christians and everyone who is committed to one God to take the Christian and/or the Religious Value Profile. Both profiles consist of two parts and give you the opportunity to express your own spiritual priorities. They are  not meant to be judgmental, and neither is a test that you can pass or fail.
Introduction

At a time when religious tensions are mounting around the world, countless people are longing for spiritual guidance. If you believe in God or consider yourself a Christian, we are confident that you share profound hopes and dreams that most of us hold dear for a peaceful world and a brighter future. Most people today want to embrace a positive, encouraging, and affirming faith to help them live more abundantly. Everyone, especially young people – your children and grandchildren, hungers for something that will give their lives more positive and significant meaning, purpose, and direction. Is your life filled with blessed hope today, or are you weighed down with worries, anxious about tomorrow? Are you experiencing the abundant life that God wants you to have?
    You can do something practical and constructive to help yourself and others who are searching for positive spiritual values. If you have been searching for a way to measure and further develop your spiritual values, you have found it! The Christian Value Profile and the Religious Value Profile can have an extraordinary spiritual impact and influence on those who take them. These profiles are designed to take your spiritual temperature and to give you instant objective feedback on where you are today in your own spiritual development.

DISCOVER:
–your own religious values – both your spiritual strengths and weaknesses;
–where you are in your spiritual understanding, involvement, and development;
–how to facilitate your personal spiritual growth;
–how to express your convictions in greater resonance with others;
–how to strengthen and deepen your faith and personal relationship with God.

    Your profile results are created just for you. When you order the Guidebook (see "GUIDEBOOK" below), it will help you to interpret the meaning of your profile(s)and provide you with powerful religious insights through exercises, meditations, and scriptural references, – all designed to help you grow spiritually. You will also learn how to distinguish better between degrees of evil and goodness in the world and how best to take the high spiritual road, to live the best possible life you can live before God.

The Profiles

You may complete the CVP and RVP online below using a new advanced drag-and-drop process.* Just follow the instructions given as you move through the process. To drag items from the left column to your preferred position in the right column, left click on an item and hold down the click until you put it where you want it in the right column. To reconsider you can also drag up or down in the right column the same way. When finished, your scores will be calculated automatically. You may then print out your three Result Forms after they are displayed on your monitor. The relevant "Definitions" will be printed out with your Result Forms. You should match the definitions with the score lines on your Result Forms to get a preliminary understanding of what these score lines mean. Then match them with the more detailed information given in Chapter 2 of Developing Your Spiritual Potentials.

    To understand the Result Forms even better and to use them as a basis for further spiritual growth, you will want to order the guidebook in which the Profiles are published: Developing Your Spiritual Potentials. This guidebook tells you how to interpret the deeper meaning of your results and provides you with important guidelines, explanations, exercises, and readings that will contribute to your spiritual development. Click on "GUIDEBOOK" below for more information, including the Table of Contents and details on how and where to order.

    Thank you for visiting our website, and may God bless you!

    To take the Profile(s) of your choice and to receive more information, please click on the highlighted topics below. You will need a copy of your rankings, so be sure to  print them out for both parts when you have finished ranking  the items and before you take the next step.  Print your rankings for Part I before you hit "Next" at the top right of that page; and print your rankings for Part II before you hit "Finish" at the top right of that page.

Your rankings will be reported to you both verballyand numerically. We recommend that you look only at the verbal rankings in terms of "Excellent," "Average," "Weak," etc. Many people have reported finding the numbers confusing. If you insist on looking at the numbers, two points might be helpful. First, on most lines of your report, "0" is a perfect score, indicating zero deviations from the ideal standard. Second, on the percent "%" lines, 50 is a perfect score; higher numbers represent overvaluations, and lower numbers represent undervaluations.

Be assured that your personal rankings and Results will be kept in strictest confidence. You will not be asked to give your name or any other personal information.
